1. .Sunshine Drying
All raw material are under controlled by < 18 % humidity. Keep the wooden fiber hard and solid
2.Hot-tempered treament and pressing
Hot-tempered treatment preparestraighten for front part, after pressing straightness modelling.
3.Sanding and grinding
Sanding and grinding 3 times of wooden stick, make surface smooth without burr, safe handlding to usage.
4. Cutting
Automatic-cutting,
make clean cut that firmly joint all tool
5. Packing
-50pcs/bundle by woven bag.
-25pcs/bale by transparent shrink film.
