WD415.24C PARAMETER
WD415 series marine engine, the sister products of WD615 marine engine, is introduction of the advanced European design concepts and therefore the upgraded key basic components are more reliable. The frame balance mechanism with two shafts installed in the crankcase bottom, patented by the Chinese national authority, has thoroughly overcome the problem of big vibration in the four cylinder engines and it is designed to have the character of the six cylinder engines. When designed, it was fully taken into consideration to keep the main components in general use in the WD615 engines, such as the cylinder cover, the piston connecting rod mechanism, the valve mechanism, the gear driving system, the lubricating system, the cooling system, the gear box, the flywheel, the flywheel case and most of the external assembly except the lengthwise components, like body, crankcase, intake and exhaust manifolds, camshaft, crankshaft etc. The sales service is well distributed and it is easy to do the maintenance and repair.

SINOTRUK have two engine production bases in Hangzhou and Jinan, with a total investment of more than 8 billion yuan and have successfully built the world's leading engine manufacturing system to produce diesel and natural gas engines on two platforms of MAN technology and STEYR technology, with a total annual production capacity of 400000 engines.
Our earliest history can be traced back to 1958.
In 1964, we successfully developed the first 6120 type high-speed vehicle diesel engine in China, which filled the gap of heavy vehicle diesel engine production in China.
In 1979, we successfully developed X6130 diesel engine, won the second prize of national science and technology progress award, and played an important role in the development of national automobile industry.
In 1983, the introduction of Steyr WD615 diesel engine from Steyr company of Austria was a complete success.
In 2009, SINOTRUK signed a cooperation agreement with German MAN company. German MAN company exclusively licensed its engine technology to SINOTRUK.

A: In 2009, SINOTRUK established its strategic partnership with German MAN SE, by which MAN SE holds 25%+1 share in SINOTRUK (Hong Kong) Limited.SINOTRUK Introduced three models (D20, D26 and D08) of engines, axles of medium duty and heavy-duty trucks, and relevant technologies of complete vehicles from MAN, laying a solid foundation for corporate long-term growth. Now SINOTRUK is synchronizing the engine technology with Germany. SINOTRUK MAN technology marine engine has 2 main series: MC07, MC13, and the power is from 310HP to 550HP.
