1100C LPG high temperature cupellation furnace for gold mines:

CUPELLATION MUFFLE FURNACE mainly includes five parts: furnace shell, furnace lining, burning machine, furnace door and temperature control system.

1 furnace body frame is made from Welded-Steel Plate Construction, 4mm thick, to guarantee the strength of the whole furnace body. The jamb and posterior column are applied with structural steel, intercolumniation and the column cap are pulled by steel structure to form a net structure to make sure the the whole body firm.

2. furnace lining is applied with high temperature Mullite refractory brick structure,450 thick thermal insulation material, which is low thermal conductivity, Low thermal soluble excellent chemical stability, high  tensile strength and corrosion resistance, the temperature is up to 1500C.

3 Burning machine is by LPG burning machine with German kromschroder bipolar electromagnetic valve, Siemens controller, the Italian Feida ignition transformers, power is 0-100KW.

4. Temperature controller is high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller, s type thermocouple. 

5. The door opening is pneumatic, sealed with Compression screw structure to make sure there will not be  inertia when the door operates.
