1.Q:What is the material being used for your products?
A:Mild steel Q235
2.Q:What is the loading capacity of the Danish trolley?
A:The trolley with PP wheel can load 400kg and the trolley with PA wheel can load 450kg.
3.Q:What is the loading capacity of each shelf?
A:80kg per shelf
4.Q:What kind of finish do you provide for your goods?
A:Electro galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, painting or powder coating is available.
5.Q:What is the difference of Electro Galvanized and Hot dip Galvanized?
A:The rust resistant performance of the hot dip galvanized one is better than the electro galvanized one, while the price of the hot dip galvanized trolley is higher than that of the electro galvanized one.
6.Q:How is the goods being packed?
A:Plastic banding + Stretch film wrapped, palletized for easy loading and unloading with a standard forklift truck or pallet jack.
7. Q:What is the payment terms I can get?
A:TT or L/C at sight
8. Q:I like your design, but couldn't find the right model from the products list, is custom size available?
A:Yes, we do custom products and projects.
9. Q: I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?
A:Yes, we can go with your custom design, no matter small or big qty, however, pls understand the cost will be different.
10. Q:I don' have drawing or picture available for the custom products, could you design it for me?
A:Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you but do need to know the details - such as
