1. Cables are packed in standard export drums or other ways per customer's requirement;

2. Cables are handled and shipped carefully to ensure perfect package unpon customer's receiving.

3.  If welding cable is packed in circle,its length should be 100m long.If it is packed in bundle,its length should be no less than 100m.The short welding cable which are no less than 20m are permissible to delivery.The quantity of short welding cable should be no more than 10% of the whole delivery.If mutual agreement is made,everything will be done according to the agreement.

For bulk goods often 7-20 days after the payment recieved.

for simple samples of en 3-5 days ,

for sampes to be customized often  30 days, also the customers are charged a sum of money , but if a sure order is placed often the cost can be refunded.

4. Is the sample free?

Yes simple samples are free ,but the buyer often should pay  the courier.

5. How can I be assured of  the quality of the goods?
