BJDW series computer universal testing machine
The computer system uses a full digital controller to control the rotation of the servo motor through the speed control system. After deceleration through the deceleration system, the moving beam is driven up and down by the precision ball screw pair to complete the stretching, compression, bending, shearing and more A variety of mechanical performance tests, in addition to a wide variety of test attachments, have a very broad application prospect in the mechanical performance tests of metals, non-metals, composite materials and products. The machine is widely used in the inspection and analysis of materials in construction and building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastics, textiles, home appliances and other industries. Testing method
1. Tensile test
At both ends of the original pipe with a length less than 500mm, connect and fix the pipe fittings respectively. Inject air of 0.3MPa (Type I) and 0.1MPa (Type II) from one end of the connected pipe fittings, and the other end shall follow the tensile load shown in Table 6. Stretch for 5 minutes and then keep still for 1 minute to confirm that there is no crack or leakage.
2. Flattening test
Clamp the original pipe with a length of 100mm between two iron plates, squash 50mm of the original pipe to 1/2 of the outer diameter, and visually confirm that the surface of the original pipe has no cracks or damage. The original pipe weld is placed at a position where the force direction (compression direction) is 90°.
