Main Functions For Emulsifier Mixer

Capacity Range

Our homogneizer emulsifier mixer could be made from 2L-1500L .We have three serries including Lab scale , Middle scale and big
batch scale . The lab scale covers 2L , 5L,10L and 20L . The lab sale could make the oil phase tank , water phase tank and
homogenizer tank in one platform . For middle scale including 30L, 50L, 100L and 150L. the two pre-mix tank are made in a frame
separatedly . And the big batch scale , it needs to equip plaform for convenient operation. The capacity as following 200L , 250L,
300L,350L,400L,500L,650L,800L,1000L ,1200L and 1500L.

Lift System

The tank could be opened when the tank is falling . And The tank could be closed when the tank rising . When the tank open , we
can tilt the tank by the hand wheel to discharge the finial material or pour out the wash tank water . For capacity lower than
100L, Lift system could be driven by electric motor . And over 150L would be driven by hydraulic station.

Temperature control system

The tank is made by 3 layers water jacket . we can connect the inlet in the tank with tap water for sending water to the water
jacket , and then start heating by the electric pipe. The max temperature could arrive at 100℃ . User could set the temperature as
needed , and the temperature is monitor by the sensor . When the whole mixing process finished , we can also sending tap water for
cooling .

Vacuum system

In this machine the vacuum system mainly contains two functions . First is that it could used for transfer material from the oil
tank to oil tank into the main tank by the negative pressure . Second , it could be used for remove bubble for the finial material
.The max vacuum pressure in the tank could arrive at -0.09mpa.

Mixing system

For the main tank , the mixing way including high shear homogenizer mixer , Frame mixing , scrapper and middle axis mixing . The
direction of frame mixing and the axis mixing is different. For the oil phase tank and water phase tank , the mixing way is high
speed disperse . All the mixing speed is controlled by the converter , so the speed could be adjusted . The speed for high shear
homogenizer mixer would be 0-2800rpm/min and for high speed disperse is 0-1400rpm/min.
