1.  MOQ would be 10000 pieces per item for all personalized customization process, please contact us for customized process fee.

2. The quantity of product processed may not reach your order quantity because of  the loss during the production and processing of product. But we will try our best to avid the error. We will afford the refund for you if quantity error within 5%; as for the large amount of quantity error, we will arrange to make up the rest of goods.

We will be in charge of the shippment fee as following cases:

1. The products have serious defects and can not exercise required performance.

2. The actually received products are not consistent with the description and samples, and the customers receive them without explanation in advance.

3. The special requirements made by the customers are not met, or the order information does not match the received products.

1. We provide customized processes such as silk screen, gold stamping, spraying painting, sand blasting, electroplating, hydro printing, labelling etc..

2. We have professional mold making strength. The customers provide product sample or 3D computer graphics, we can make molds and samples in a short time. (normally 10- 15 days).

3. The product color and process can be customized according to customer requirements. Before producing, we will make samples for confirming with customers.

4. For customized product sample, it need to pay sample making fee which will be deducted from the amount of bulk order. However, the sample making fees will not be refunded if the customers doesn't place bulk order.

A: Yes. We provide free sample for our customers to do test. But the freight cost is on buyer’s account.

A: Yes. We offer various personalized customization, such as silk screen printing, custom color, Gold stamping or Silver stamping, Sand blast,Hydro printing, Electroplating...

Q3: What’s the normal lead time?

A: For product in stock, we will delivery goods to you with 3-7 days after receiving your full payment. For product out of stock, it depends on products.

Q4: What’s the MOQ?

A: For product in stock, MOQ is 1-100 pcs; For customized product , MOQ is 5000-10000 pcs.
