A: We promise 12 months warranty, it means we will offer free spare parts for replacement if any breakdown except man-made damage under warranty, our experienced engineers will give you useful solutions in form of pictures or videos within 24hrs when you meet quality problems.
Q4：When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24hours after get the inquiry.If you need the price urgently,pls kindly call me or send the e-mail for this so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q5:If I can get a sample for checking the quality and other details?
A: No problem,after you confirm the price,you could require for the sample to check the quality and other details.But we need to charge the sample cost,and could return back the sample charge after you place the order and the order quantity is over the MOQ.

A: The regualr size for the production is 90-120" of most of the styles,but some exprecial styles,pls kindly check the enclosed production catalogue.Also we could customized base on your special size.The regular format for the production is 1:1,4:3,16:9&16:10.
Q9:What is payment term for the bulk production?
A: According the policy of our company,Mass production accept T/T, 30% deposit after placing order,70% balance before shipping. Small Order should pay the full T/T or Western Union.
