Q: Could we get some samples before place order and how long to get the samples?
A: Yes, of course you can get some samples. We for sample order of less 5pcs.

     But for customized samples, we will usually charge a sample fee depends on your requirements.

     Customized samples can usually be finished and shipped in 3-10 days.

Q: Can you produce customized product?
A: Yes we can customize from logo to complete design.

     And we have multiple finishing options available, which are brushing, adhesive sticker, embossing,

    silkscreen printing, laser engraving, color printing, oxidation etc

Q: Which payment way is workable?

Q: What is your MOQ?
A:  We don't have MOQ for our existing models. But for customized products, we would usually require a MOQ of 5000 pcs.

A:  For existing models, our monthly production output is 5+ million.
     Customized molds could be done in about 15 days, and the whole customizing process will usually be finished in about 30 to 45 days.
