Fiberglass chopped strand mat is a kind of non-alkali or medium-alkali glass fiber non-woven felt which is cut into 50mm length and distributed undirectionally by polyester powder and polyester emulsion binder. It is mainly used in hand lay up, moulding, centrifugal casting, mechanical forming and other FRP winding processes.

Packaging & Storage:
1. Each chopped strand mat is wound onto a paper tube which the diameter is 76mm or 100mm, the products can be made in 30KGS/roll or 200meters/roll, and then be packed into plastic bag and carton box outside or wrapped up withkraft paper. The rolls can be vertically or horizontally placed.
2. Chopped strand mat should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15-35 C and 35-65% respectively.
