Our company is the first enterprise in Fujian Province to successfully transform the production of mask melt blown fabrics, which has been highly valued and praised by the Fujian Provincial Government, and our company was invited to draft "Fujian Province Mask Melt-blown Fabric Group Standard" as one of the units. The quality of our melt blown fabric is mainly divided into standard salt melt-blown cloth and high-efficiency low-resistance oil melt-blown cloth. The Standard salt melt-blown cloth is suitable for the production of disposable medical masks, disposable civilian masks, N95, and national standard KN95 masks, while the high-efficiency low-resistance oil melt blown fabric is proper for the production of children's masks, N95, KN95, KF94, FFP2, FFP3 masks. Our products have obtained multiple testing certifications, such as: YY0469-2011 (BFE95, BFE99), GB/T5455-2014, REACH, SGS, ISO10993 (cytotoxicity, skin irritation,skin sensitivity), etc. Our company has 5 large-scale melt-blown production lines with a daily capacity of up to 7 tons. We commit to producing high-quality melt-blown fabrics for a long time and providing high-quality and reliable filter materials for maskmanufacturers and air filter companies.
In response to the market's large demand for masks and epidemic prevention products, our company established Fujian Kenjoy Medical Supplies Co.,Ltd in March 2020, which mainly produces disposable flat protective masks, KN95 masks, children's masks, cleaning wipes etc. There are 20 KN95 mask production lines and 10 flat mask production lines, with a total daily output of up to 2 million pieces.
