This milk pasteurization machine is made of food grade stainless steel 304material.

Working process: Fill the milk tank with the milk that needs to be sterilized, fill the water tank first, open the water inlet valve and the circulation valve, and close the drain valve. Wait until the level gauge reaches 2/3 or the overflow pipe has water flowing out to stop the water injection. The water valve is closed; turn on the power and turn on the heating button for heating. Generally, the hot water tank can be heated between 90-95 degrees (you can look at the thermometer behind the hot water tank, which is almost enough). Then turn on the water pump, cycle sterilization, observe the temperature gauge on the milk tank, heat it to 85 degrees to complete the sterilization, and don’t forget to turn off the water pump after cooling.

Single tank milk pasteurize machine
The small water tank at the bottom of the tank is connected to the interlayer water. When sterilizing, the heating tube heats the water in the bottom tank to heat up the milk in the tank. When cooling, the bottom water inlet is connected with cold water, the hot water in the interlayer is discharged from the upper outlet, and the interlayer becomes cold water, and the milk in the tank is cooled. Advantages: small size and simple operation. Disadvantages: The water does not circulate, and the hot water is discharged when the temperature is lowered.
Economical type dairy pasteurize machine
There is a large hot water tank on one side of the sterilization tank and is equipped with a circulating pump. During the sterilization process, the heating pipe heats the water tank on one side. The circulating pump, the water tank and the interlayer hot water circulate the milk in the tank. When the temperature is lowered, the sterilization valve is closed, the hot water stays in the hot water tank, the cold water enters the interlayer through the water inlet, and the milk in the tank is cooled.
Advantages: the hot water tank stores hot water, and the hot water for sterilization next time can enter the interlayer directly from the hot water tank, without the need for direct heating of cold water. Continuous use, more energy saving than single tank and inclusive type.

Ice cube refrigerated milk sterilization tank

When cooling, the sterilization valve is closed, the hot water stays in the hot water tank, the compressor and the valve of the cold water tank are turned on, and the cold water tank water is controlled by the compressor to cool down, and the water circulates the tank milk to cool down. Advantages: Cold water and hot water are recycled. After adding 2/3 of the level gauge, there is no need to add water in the short term. The temperature of the compressor is controlled, and the temperature can be lowered to about 20 degrees.
