Q: What is your min quantiy ?
A: we accept any quantity that you need. But if you want to print your logo in the goods and cartons, the MOQ is more than 1000pcs. If not, you should pay for the printing plate charge.
Q: Is sample supplied? What is the leading time ?
A: Sample is available, but the sample cost and freight cost need to be afford by customer, and this payment will be returned after customer place an order. Sample Lead Time is within 3days.
Q: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect packing boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confimation.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.The lead time of MOQ is about 15 to 20 days.Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most conve- nient or cost effective for you. There are many forwarders cooperate with us, so we have price advantage in shipping, welcome to ask us about freight cost.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: TT,LC,Cash and Westen Union are acceptable. Payment Term is 30% deposit, balance against BL copy.
