The medium frequency smelting furnace mainly used for melting and refining all kinds of scrap metal, iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum. This furnace can smelting the scrap iron, like scrap auto parts, scrap steel bars, scrap screws, iron leftover materials etc.

Power metallurgy furnace also named Ultra pressure water altomizing equipment ,stainless steel smelting furnace mainly consists of furnace body and control cabinet.Simple installation,only need to contact the electricity and water.
The furnace body is made by steel shell to reduce the magnetic leakage and ensure furnace body strength.The furnace body titling are driven by hydraulic working system,costant power output ,adjustable heating,the smelting speed is fast and can reach 30-100min per pot.
The main control board is microcomputer control, the device have self-test function,real-time detection of water temperature,water pressure,over-current,over-voltage ,lack phase fault information. It can also add smelting control system according to customer requirements to accutately control the smelting process and display alloy composition.
