This small Ro plant uses Quartz sand filters, activated carbon filter as a pre-class treatment, the effective removal of suspended solids in raw water, sediment particles , organic colloids, organic matter, odor, chlorine and other impurities, with pre-programmed as a reverse osmosis desalination plant to remove the raw water. Most of the dissolved salts, bacteria, hot stream and so on, to ensure finished water quality standards.
It's drinking water treatment system,contain reverse osmosis system , transfer desalination salt water to drinking water.

Process
1. Raw water pump: provide the pressure to Quartz sand /active carbon filter
2. Quartz sand filter: get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Activated Carbon filter: Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
4, Softener: Get rid of calcium and magnesium ions in original / source water, reduce water hardness.(optional)
5. Security filter: prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa).
7. RO system-- main part of pure water treatment plant. The desaltation rate upto 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organic.
8.Disinfection system--sterilization
Replacement time of consumable parts
There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly.
a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 2-3years.
b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 1-2years.
c. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1-3 month
d. Ro membrane: replaced about every 1-2 years
e.scale inhibitor:replace about every 6 months
We will provide about 50 pcs PP filters as free spare parts.It can be used about 2 years.
Note: Because these parts are consumables , the replacement frequency varies according to raw water quality , water consumption per day and customer’s maintenance. The information above is just for your reference.
