Support twice operating training:first one is at my factory during the processing time,second one at the buyer's factory during the re-insallation/testing period.We'll send our engineers go to buyer's factory help to re-install this machine if customer required, and the customer need to pay for heir flight tickets(go and back), room and board, local travel cost.
After Sale service
1.after finished the producing of the mchine,we will inform the buyer to inspect the machine in the manufacture's factory;
2.We provide some documents and foundation drawing within 7days after contract date.
3.If need seller to guidance the installation, adjustment and trail, the seller will be responseble for the charges within home, and other charges on board should be paid by the buyer;
4.The machine's warranty period is two years. The supplier will take responsible for the machine if there comes any quality problem. During warranty period, the buyer should handle small problems which are easy to overcome. The seller will give a clear reply in one day after the serious problems occur.
