About installation:

2. The arc installation of the plate does not require heat treatment, and can be cold-formed first. The bending radius should be greater than the minimum allowable range, which is more than 175 times the plate thickness. Bending in the direction of the ribs, the wrong bending direction will cause inappropriate changes, which will lead to premature damage to the warranty.
3. The distance between the curved arc pipes is 1050mm. If the distance is too large, it will affect the snow and wind resistance of the plate and cause the plate to break.
4.The design and installation of the board must consider its coefficient of thermal expansion (0.065mm/m°C). When drilling and installation are required, the distance between the renting control center and the edge of the board should be at least 30mm. The drill hole diameter should be 1.5 times the screw diameter. When the design installation length exceeds 6000mm, the expansion margin should be increased, and the neutral structural glue can be used to seal if necessary.
