We majorly produce handmade quilts, table linens & cushion covers.

We have a strong production team which is capable to produce big and small orders with equal ease. We are regularly producing FCL & LCL orders. We also have a strong quality control system in our organization which controls the quality of the product at each & every step right from the origin of the raw material till the goods are packed in the export cartons. We use AQL levels for the inspection purpose & to control the quality. We keep the records of the inspection/ quality control for every order.We also have a dedicated sampling room to make and send the samples to our buyers. For every order we make a sample before starting the bulk production and send it/ its specs to our buyer.

We are specialized in making 100% Linen & 100% Cotton Velvet products because we have our own weaving facility of these fabrics. We are capable to make products with these fabrics in any design as per the required size and color.

We exhibit every year in Heimtextil Frankfurt (January), Delhi Fair (Spring-April) & Delhi Fair (Autumn-October).

Q 1) Can you customise the Product ?

Ans: Yes, we can customize the product as per your requirements for the bulk order. We can change the color, size, filling, labelling and packaging.

Q 2) Can you do branding in labelling and packing materials?

Ans: Yes, we can do customized branding in material such as labels, trims, printed polybags or printed cartons as per your given art work.

Q 3) What is your production lead time?

Ans: We require from 30 to 90 days to manufacture the products in our factory. If the fabric is available in our stock & order quantity is moderate, we can make it in 30 days whereas if the fabric is in customized color or quality, it can take upto 90 days.

Q 4) How long does the shipping take after the goods are dispatched from your factory?

Ans: Normally if we ship by sea, it takes from 15 to 35 days depending upon the port of discharge (sea port in buyer's country). If we send the shipment by air it takes from 3-5 days to reach your nearest airport.

Q 5) What are different mode of shipping available?

Ans: We can ship using sea, air or international express courier by FedEx/DHL/UPS depending on the urgency of the buyer.

Q 6) What are your payment terms?

Ans: Our payment term is 30% advance and 70% when the goods will be ready (before the shipping). We also accept Westen Union, L/C & TT.

Q 7) Is there any import duty on your products?

Ans: Import duties are different in every country. Please check in your country with your shipping agent.

Q 8) Can I buy small quantity?

Ans: Our MOQs for every product is mentioned in the description (if not, pls ask). Even then, we can accept small orders if we have available stock quantity of the required fabric. Please send us inquiry with your order quantity, we will quote to you accordingly. For small orders, we will need your quantity to check our stock before quoting.

Q 9) OEM / ODM service?

Ans: Yes. We can accept OEM service. Also we have our own designer team. So it's also welcome to choose our ODM products.

Q 10) You are a factory or a trading company?

Ans: We are a professional manufacturer specialized in home & hotel textile supplies for over 10 years. Our factory is located in Noida, which is very close to New Delhi (just 30 minutes drive). You are welcome to visit our factory and show room.

Q 11) How do you control the quality of the products?

Ans: We have our Quality standard policy and AQL level index for all our products. We check the quality from the origin of the raw material to every production process, we have the quality records of every orders. We also make an inspectors report for every order before shipping & send the report to the buyer.
