What is polylactic acid (PLA)

PLA is not plastic. It is derived from nature. Starch is extracted from plants such as corn and cassava and fermented by microorganisms to produce lactic acid. Lactic acid undergoes an advanced polymerization process to produce a 100% green and safe new polymer material called polylactic acid (PLA). Products made from this material are healthy and safe, non-toxic and odorless, and have no harm to the human body. In addition, if the product is discarded under composting conditions, it can be completely decomposed by microorganisms, eventually generating carbon dioxide and water, and returning to nature. The environment does not cause any pollution, so PLA is recognized as a “green material” for low-carbon environmental protection and sustainable development in the 21st century.

Spunbond Nonwoven Making Process

100% virgin pla material – materials feed channel – materials come through the feed tube into    the machine – operate the power and technical control panel – make out nonwovens through    thermal rolling and binding chemical fibre webs which have been cardedFinished one big roll nonwovens – use machine to hang the big roll to the cutting machine -after the big roll fixed in the cutting machine – put a paper tube on the fabric – press the cutting button start to roll – big roll to small roll (customized roll length ) – measure the weight and packed with plastic bag – use two chock paper tube put on both side – use hammer to make sure the packing is tightly enough

Q2: Do you sale stock products?

A2: We normally produce products according to customer's orders. We don't sale stocks.

Q3: What the MOQ for bulk order?

A3: The MOQ for piece dyed fabric is 1000KG per color. 

Q4:What the MOQ for sample order?

A4: If we have stock grey cloth the MOQ for sample order is 1000kg per colour surcharge.

Q5: Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?

A5: Yes we can,but should be surcharged for small lot.

Q6 : What the payment term of your company?

A6 : The payment term for new customer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment. We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good cooperation.
