・ Divide it into shochu to make a refreshing shochu or cocktail.
・ Add honey or syrup and divide with water / hot water or carbonated water or cider to make a healthy drink that pleases your body.
● Please use it not only for drinks but also for cooking. You can use it in the same way as general vinegar.
● Daidai is a shrub of the Rutaceae family. Since it bears fruit for two or three generations in a row on one tree, it is also used as a fruit of good luck for the prosperity of descendants and as a decoration for the New Year.
● Hagi Daidai is harvested from mid-September to December. Yuzuya's "squeezed orange" is squeezed with the utmost care so that it does not have a bitter taste.
● Unlike ordinary vinegar, "squeezed orange" does not have a vinegar tachi (acetic acid odor that comes to your nose), so you can drink it as it is, and in addition to cooking, you can mix it with shochu or water 4 to 5 times. It can be diluted and used as a soft drink.
● Daidai contains a lot of natural citric acid.
