1. Impact resistance: PC board is 250 times stronger than general glass board, more than 150 times stronger than tempered glass, and 30 times higher than that of toughened glass.
2. Construction performance: The density of PC board is 1.2, and the weight is only 1/2 of glass.
3. Light transmittance: The visible light transmittance is 92%, which is as beautiful as glass.
4. UV protection: raw materials are produced using imported new anti-UV materials, which can prevent UV damage to indoor products and effectively extend the service life of PC sheets.
5. Flame retardancy:The ignition point of PC board is 580 degrees Celsius,and the flame retardant grade is UL-94: V-0~V-2.
6. Weather resistance: Changhong PC board can adapt to the harsh weather conditions of -40℃~120℃, still maintain its mechanics, and its mechanical properties will not change. After 4000 hours of artificial weathering test, the yellowing degree is 2, and the light transmittance reduction value is only 0.6%.
7. Sound insulation: PC board has obvious sound insulation effect, which is better than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness. Under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is 3-4DB higher than that of glass. Internationally It is the material of highway noise barrier.
8. Thermal insulation: PC board has a thermal conductivity (K value) lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics, and its thermal insulation effect is 25% higher than that of the same glass, and the thermal insulation of PC board is 49%. Thus, the heat loss is greatly reduced. It is used in buildings with heating equipment and is an environmentally friendly material.
9. Processing performance: PC board can be cut, punched, carved, bent, polished, printed, bonded, blister, compression molded, etc.
