Oil refining tank, which is also called dephosphorization tank, under 60-70degree, acid-base neutralization can realize in this tank, acid and sodium hydroxide, after stirred by reduction box, can reduce the acid value in oil, and separate impurities and phospholipid, which will enter soap stock. The oil can be refined further. Bleaching tank, which is also called bleaching and dehydration tank, it removes water by vacuum through heating up. The bleaching earth is absorbed into bleaching tank by vacuum.
Then bleaching earth can be filtered by the oil filter after being stirred. The color of oil will be light and transparent.
