Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: we work on OEM orders, size, material, qty, design, packaging solutions, etc depend on your requests.
Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
Size of the products (length, width, height);
Material and surface treatment;
Printing colors and quantity;
If it is possible, please also provide pictures, or design sketchs for checking, samples will be best for clarifying, if not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q: When we create the artwork, what kind of formate is available for printing?
PDF, CDR, AI, PSD. Bleed Size: 3-5mm (Resolution: no less than 300dpi, the higher, the better)
Q: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
Generally, 3-4 days for samples making. The leading time of mass production will depend on qty. Production art, etc. Normally it‘s about 5-6 working days.
Q: Do you inspect the finished product?
Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection with QC department before shipping.
