1 Cubic Meter PU Foam SMC FRP Insulated Water Tank

1 Cubic Meter PU Foam SMC FRP Insulated Water Tank assembled by six inner 1mx1m frp modular panels and outer pu foam+ color steels, connected by bolt, nut, washer, seal strips, etc. First install the frp water tank, then install the pu foam+color steel on the tank appearance.

The base is galvanized channel steel, installed on the concrete base. We will ship all the items except the concrete base, you should install it by yourself, don't worry, we will send you the concrete drawing.

NOTICE: From 2018, we use galvanized channel steel base instead of the painted channel steel, thus will has better anti-rust and stronger hardness.

About the frp panel thickness, this 1 cubic meter PU foam SMC FRP insulated water tank we choose 5mm top panel, 8mm side panel, 10mm bottom panel. You can also hve your own design, other thickness you can choose: 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 22mm, etc.

Normally bigger capacity and higher height will use more thickness panel and the thickness is different from bottom, side 1 layer, side two layer, side three layer, side 4 layers, side 5 layer and top. The maximum height is 5 meters.

About the PU foam thickness, we have 50mm, 80mm and 100mm thickness. The color steel is 0.5mm.

About the inlet and outlet, we design according to your local site.
