Ta TA is an ISO9001:2008 registered company. During the course of manufacturing the parts of cylinders, specially for important parts manufacturings, we design jigs and fixtures to make sure dimension is precise. during the course of inspection,we strictly depend on ISO9001 QUALITY SYSTEM to carry out beginning inspections, course inspections ,final inspections to insure the dimension same as print. Chinese seals, before selecting seals supplier, we have long-term certification,testing,trial.we also consider world famous seal brands(NOK,parker,Hallite) based on customer’s requirement and usages. Carbon dioxide welding ,make sure of welding excellent quality , 100% final tests/inspections. during the assembly, we have a reasonable/excellent assembly procedure. during test, we adopt 100% hydro-pressure test for all of cylinders before shipping.we will well maintain testing records to be traceability.
