1.1KV Low voltage Cables are used to supply power to large motors and industrial equipment in both residential and industrial settings.
At ZMS cable, we produce Low Voltage Cables riyadh cable in both PVC and XLPE insulations of copper and aluminium, with armoured and un-armoured designs, and in single or multi-core constructions.
The performance and load specifications of PVC and XLPE insulated cables determine the specific use of Low Voltage Cables. PVC insulated Low Voltage Cables may be used for electrical power, lighting and wiring for residential and administrative office buildings. XLPE insulated Low Voltage Cables are ideally suited to industrial applications, with an operating temperature of 90 degree. Our Low Voltage Cables are manufactured to IEC 60502-1 specifications.
In addition to the regular range of Low Voltage Cables, we are also able to supply Low Voltage Cables with special flame retardant PVC Outer Sheathing to comply with the flame retardant test requirements outlined in IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3-22, IEC 60332-3-23 or IEC 60332-3-24. We can also manufacture cables with low smoke halogen free (LSHF) material (type ST8) as per IEC 60502-1.

Assembly /Inner Sheath :Two, Three or Four insulated conductors are laid-up together with non-hygroscopic fillers and the assembly is bedded with an extruded layer of PVC. In case of non-armoured cables, this layer may be omitted
Armour:Aluminum/Galvanized Steel Wires, single core cables shall be Aluminium wire armour, Aluminum/Steel Tapes applied helically over the bedding of multi-core cables as per IEC 60502.
Outer Sheath:Outer sheath shall be of Extruded PVC Type ST2 as per IEC 60502-1 or Type 9 as BS 6346/5467.Special type of PVC sheathing material such as Fire Retardant PVC, Anti-Termite PVC, Anti-Rodent PVC, Sunlight resistant PVC, Oil Resistant PVC are available on special request. Also, special sheathing materials such as LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LSZH, and CPE are available on request.
