0.47'' 800x600 full color LCD micro display panel for EPSON projector, eyepiece, night vision

This is an active matrix color LCD panel module. The 0.47'' LCD panel has a resolution of 800 *RGB*600, allowing SVGA images to copy EVF or other applications. It uses HTPS LCD technology.

HTPS: High Temperature Poly-Silicon. It is a transmissive LCD driven by active matrix.

Production process: Quartz glass -- laser quenching process,high temperature 1000°C or above -- The amorphous silicon structure of glass is transformed into polycrystalline silicon structure.
Features: small size, high resolution and high aperture ratio.
