A: Yes, we can. You can send your samples to us, then we can match for you.
Q4: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
1) We can provide samples and you can choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that.
2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.
Q5: What's the cost of the sample?
A: If we have the sample in our warehouse,it is free.Customized products sample fee is based on your design.If you can afford the freight we will appreciate.
Q6: How do you ship samples?
A: Considering sample quantity is not big, we support ship samples by EMS,TNT or FEDEX , fast and less damages.
Q7: How about your package?
A:PE film protect the surface+kraft paper film pack the outside ,then use wrapping film to enlace, the top we will cover cardboard. Usually we use pallets to pack, if you want to pack in bulk, we also can satisfy your needs.
Q8: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q9: If we find defective sheets/products in our order, how do you deal with?
A: You can supply the photo to us, we confirm then we can replace the sheets/products in our next order.
