1. Are you manufacturer?
-> YES, we have our own factory and company. We are located at Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

2. Do you have any certifications?
-> Yes, our RO system have CE Certification, some water filters are NSF certified.

3. Is free sample available for quality check and testing?
-> Small spare parts and some water filters are available, please email to discuss further.

4. What if the product breaks down in the future?
-> We offer one year warranty(consumable items excluded). Buyer need to provide photos and video with some descriptions for internal report. We will compensate the products with buyer's next order.

5. Do you support OEM service?
-> Yes, we can help customize color carton and labelling with your logo.

6. What is the price and MOQ?
-> Our price is quoted in EXW-term. We do not require minimum quantity, but we can give better price if order in large quantity.

7. What about the payment method?
